We offer four licensing options depending on how you plan to use the design and the level of exclusivity required. Each license grants different usage rights, from limited production to full ownership transfer.
Licensing options apply to both ready-made designs from the studio library and bespoke custom-developed artwork, depending on project requirements (copyright remains with the studio unless a Full Buyout License is selected).

Design Library Patterns
Ready-made patterns from the studio portfolio are available under:
Minor adjustments to existing designs may be possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.
All artwork is provided in digital format only (PSD, AI, TIFF, PNG, or JPEG as agreed). Files are delivered as repeat tiles where applicable. No physical goods or printed samples are included.
The right to use the artwork is granted only after full payment has been received.
Artwork may not be resold, sublicensed, shared, or redistributed in its original or modified form except as permitted under the selected license type, including Exclusive and Full Buyout Licenses.
Custom Design Projects
Custom artwork includes up to three revision rounds.
Each revision round may include multiple reasonable adjustments. Additional revision rounds may involve extra charges.
Pricing depends on:
A confirmed brief is required before work begins. Significant changes after approval may affect timelines and pricing.
In case of project cancellation or pause after work has begun, the advance payment is retained to cover work completed up to that stage. If the work completed exceeds the advance amount, a final invoice will be raised accordingly.
Pattern Scale & Colour Adjustments
Pattern scale should be reviewed and confirmed before sending files to production. Final approval of scale, repeat, and colour settings rests with the client.
Background colour adjustments can be made upon request.
Minor brightness or saturation adjustments may be made if required for print accuracy.
Manufacturer Use
Artwork files may be shared with trusted manufacturers strictly for production purposes only and may not be reused for other projects.
The studio is not responsible for errors, colour variations, or quality issues arising during manufacturing or printing by third parties.

Regardless of license type within these categories, the studio reserves the right to display artwork and photographs of finished products featuring the design for:

Full Buyout License (With Copyright Transfer)
For projects completed under a Full Buyout License with Copyright Transfer, portfolio and marketing usage will be decided jointly between the client and the studio.
